access restriction

I have several departments (ex. sales, marketing, general mgnt. etc…)
So, I want to make one copy of report and use it in common.

But they don’t have to find each other’s contents.
Each of the departments have to use their own department “only”.

How can I execute this action?

More detail, in the report, one column have several division…
like this,

sale
marketing
general mgnt.
… and so on

And the report have a drill filter(as a combo box) of this division column.

And if I have a sale parts license, then I can only see “sale” in the
drill filter box and the report.

Would you let me know the execute method concretely?

Try using the Row and Column Level Restriction in Designer. This will help you to protect the data.
