We have BO 6.5 setup here with three groups. I have a suerpvisor A in Group 1 and she can publish reports. But when i assign her to group 2, she can’t publish anymore even though i have given her explicit publish rights in the new group and made her supervisor. But when she tries to publish, the ‘Ok’ button is disabled in the publish dialog box. I made a temporary group and assigned the entire group publish rights and then assigned her to that temp group but she still can’t export. The situation is the same for any user that i assign to multiple groups, meaning that any user in multiple groups cannot publish reports. I have also tired changing their Scope Management to Extended Mode. Anyone have any idea?
