Can anyone share some of the best practices in Business Objects development to create variables in reports, Classes/Objects creation, Naming Conventions, connection string or parameter’ conventions , etc… which could add value to our deliverables.
For Ex:-
1> Classes/Objects should be created with INITCap; They shoudl be more meaningful
2> Variables should start with “V_”
Any suggestions like "DONOT ever user this while creating a variable, etc would also help.
Attached is the Best Practices Document I created in Business Objects Report Development. It covers the very basic guidelines that could add value to our deliverables.
