suggest an approach for web server sizing

hello sir,
Thanks a lot , i am very much happy with your response.

1)which approach do you suggest to implement web server sizing?
2)If you have any architecture regarding "web server sizing "plz send it to me
3) i need perl scripts for capturing web page response time, concurrency,
cpu utilization in a log file.

As one of the moderators mentioned in your previous thread - this sub forum is specific to a Web Intelligence server that is supplied bythe BusinessObjects vendor i.e. it’s not a generic web server, but uses software on top of IIS or Apache etc web servers.
This is also a general question that you should rather post within your original thread so that anyone else with a similar request can also benefit.
Dave also mentioned that you would be better off locating a generic site / forum that deals specifically with the overall aspects of this arena.
The last tab of the spreadsheet that i sent to your mail address contains a Standard Web Server Sizing Document with content and explanations of what you should be investigating.
