Hi, this seems pretty strange.
I’m attempting to install 6.1b full client on a machine that has 5.1.8 on it already. I choose to retain the existing installation and it asks me to browse to the license file.
I can browse to the directory but the license file does not show on the screen so i cannot select it. I’ve tried looking in an alternate location on our webi server but it cannot see there either. On the same machine i can physically browse thru windows explorer to the same locations and can clearly see the xml file. I’ve even copied the file again but it still can’t see it.
I have local admin rights and have completed this process previously about a month ago on my own pc without problems.
