Hi,
I have a sigma table values in a report, I need to findout the exact sigma value for a calculated value. Looks like writing a IF-THEN-ELSE on the table seems to be very inefficient.
Any thoughts on how do I proceed.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks in adv.

The best way to solve the issue is to create DLL file with Sigma function and use the function in the report.

The instructions are fairly straightforward. If you look at this topic which is the first topic in BOB’s Downloads area you will see what to do.

Hi
Will this DLL work with version 6.5.1 ??
I just give it a go by copying it into C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Business Objects 6\user libs
But could not see any additional function in Misc section

“Guru,” please realize that this dll was created by a BOB user, without any commitment for ongoing support. It’s possible the author doesn’t visit BOB often, so I suggest that a kindly worded email request to the original author will have a better chance of getting a response.

I’m having the same problem (the six sigma formulae don’t appear under Misc in 6.5.1).
Does anyone have the source code for this DLL that was posted to BOB?
Thanks!
