Recommended parameters for Auditor

Hi,

We are in a clustered envi with 4 nodes all of them on windows 08, with SQL server for repo and Audit.

we use a LB and have 2 web servers. Our Auditor is nothing but broken (does not write events to DB) , and we are trying various fixes.
Given our environment can somebody recommend optimum values for DB writing. I have tried couple of things including batchsize increase but this is not helping.

Pull Auditor data using ETL tool.

is not very specific. Do you have any other information you can share about the problem?

Verify first of all that SAPBI is setup properly/configured to access the MS SQL Server database, including write access etc.
