This is an updated version of Jim McGregor’s file. I added the logon info fields that cmaxwell was looking for and a few other columns that I use. I noticed that the “number of instances” column would only go to 1000 as it was actually counting the instances records and only the first 1000 records get returned. So, I went to the parent and gave the SI_CHILDREN field which now gives the true count of instances.

Platform: [list]Microsoft Excel 2007 and XIr2. But can be used in XI3 or XI3.1 by going to the Visual Basic interface (Alt-F11 in Excel) then Tools - References and uncheck anything that is not found and check off anything that starts with “BusinessObjects…” or “Crystal…”[/list]

It gives me an error when I’m trying to connect. It says me:

“Compilation Error
Cant find the proyect or the library”

When I accept, I see that the word tbCMS is marked in blue on the next line:

 Rng(1, 4) = "Server: " & tbCMS & Chr(10) & "User: " & tbName & Chr(10) & "Update Date: " & Date

Could you help me please?
