DI 6.x is end-of-lifed (no patches and no tech support)
DI 11.0 (DI XI) is similarly end-of-lifed as of the end of this month.
DI 11.5 (DI XIr2) is supported with patches through June 2009 and tech support through June 2010
DI 11.7 (DI XIr2 Accelerated) is supported with patches through June 2010 and tech support through June 2011

They didn’t publish specific DI 12 (XI 3.x) dates, but the policy on that web site says 36 months for patches and 42 months for support. If DI 21 came out in June 2008 (?), that would mean patches through June 2011 and support through December 2011.
I’d guess that at some point within that time window of the next 3 years, DI 13 will be developed and released…

You need to set up a login/account on the SAP support site to access any documentation these days, including this one. I believe they call it an “S-number”.
