Did you mean you want to suppress the message that tells you that there is not data?
Then I dont think it is possible directly but you can do one thing, edit the SQL of the report and union it will the dual table query.
This will anyway give monimum of 1 row. You can hide the table contents if numberofrows() for that data provider is 1.

Yaah, This is been a trick, tried out a long time back, when we were asked to suppress the message by an user who dont like to see the message even though the user enters the combination of prompt values in such a way that it may or may not give any output.
